The Honda EB5000 comes equipped with a powerful and dependable Honda iGX390 engine providing outstanding performance. This Honda delivers 5000 watts and 120/240 volts, perfect for home and job sites, A/C units, furnaces, while ideal for noise-sensitive areas as a special muffler is featured for super-quiet use. Honda’s iAVR technology allows the user to generate 7000 watts for up to 10 seconds for when extra starting power is needed. This system provides maximum performance and enhances control speed. Electronic circuit breakers prevent circuit overloading, protecting the life of the generator. The selector switch allows the user to choose 120/240 volts or 120 volts only, total output is run through any 120-volt outlet. This will allow for units requiring extra wattage to be powered.

The EB5000 has neutral bond and full generator ground fault circuit protection {GFCI} and is OSHA compliant. For easy connections of various tools, this Honda features 6 outlets. Extremely fuel-efficient with a 6.2 fuel capacity allowing approximate running time of 8.1 hours fully loaded and 11.2 half loaded. Electronic ignition, fuel gauge, and USDA qualified spark arrestor/muffler are included. The Honda oil alert system protects the generator by shutting off the engine if oil levels become dangerously low.

The heavy-duty one-piece welded frame will protect the generator and includes reinforced standing legs. The wide lock folding handle makes transporting and storing simple and easy. The EB5000 has met LA-ETL, ANSI and OSHA regulations. Optional accessories including the storage cover are available.
