The EG5000 generator is powered by commercial grade Honda OHV high powered engine with easy reliable start time after time. This Honda delivers 5000 watts and 120/240 volts, perfect for appliances, power tools, and A/C units, etc. The digital automatic voltage regulator {DAVR} increases performance and designed to provide maximum consistent power by keeping the voltage stable and within range during use. The 120/240 volt selector switch is designed to allow the user to choose 120/240 volts or simply 120 volts only; total power output runs through any 120-volt outlet.  This system will deliver power to a unit even when wattage requirements are larger.

The EG5000 is extremely fuel-efficient with a large 6.3-gallon fuel capacity, supplying a full day of power on a single tank of gas. Electronic circuit breakers are featured to protect the generator, preventing overloading. The oil alert system automatically will shut off the engine if oil levels are dangerously low, protecting the generator. This Honda includes electronic ignition and USDA qualified spark arrestor/muffler. The generator is fully protected by a heavy-duty one-piece welded frame. Accessories are available including, storage cover transfer switch and 2 wheel kit, etc.
