The Honda EM4000s is powered by a commercial-grade Honda iGX270cc engine with electric start and recoil back-up {battery included}. This Honda delivers 4000 watts and 120/240 volts. The iAVR technology system will provide 5000 watts for 10 seconds when extra power is needed when starting a larger item, this system ensures the same dependable power provided by home outlets and is reliable for sensitive equipment such as computers, etc.
This Honda is ideal for home or job site use, A/C units, furnaces’, appliances, etc. To power units requiring more wattage, choose using either 120/240 volts or simply 120 only, the total output can run through any 120-volt outlet. This Honda offers outstanding fuel efficiency with a 6.2-gallon fuel capacity; this generator is capable of running about 10 hours at ½ load and 16 hours with a full load.
Electronic circuit breakers are featured protecting from overloading. The oil alert system automatically shuts down the engine if oil levels are dangerously low, protecting the generator. Multiple front panel outlets are included for convenience. The EM4000s has full-frame protection and reinforced standing legs and folding lock handles for quick and easy transporting and maneuvering. Optional accessories are available including, remote start, DC charging cord, and transfer switch, etc.
