The EM5000is generator comes equipped with a high powered commercial grade Honda iGX390 389cc engine with convenient electric start {battery included} with recoil back-up. This Honda delivers 5000 watts and 120/240 volts perfect for home or job site use, A/C units and furnaces plus much more. The Intelligent Automatic Voltage Regulation {iAVR} technology provides reliable, dependable power even for sensitive equipment such as computers this amazing system will also deliver 7000 watts for 10 seconds when extra starting power is needed.
Choose using both 120 or 240 volts or only 120 volt, this Honda allows total output to run on a 120 volt outlet. The EM5000is features the standard wheel kit making transporting and maneuvering simple and easy. The frame is fully protected and includes reinforced standing legs. Extremely fuel efficient with a 6.2 gallon fuel tank able to run up to 11.2 hours on a single tank of gas.
For convenient power connecting multiple front panel outlets are featured. To protect the generator the oil alert system will shut down power if oil levels are dangerously low. The electronic circuit breakers protect from overloading. Electronic ignition and fuel gauge are standard on the EM5000si. Honda offers a variety of optional accessories including the remote control kit, storage cover, and hanger kit, etc.
