The EU6500is generator comes equipped with a powerful Honda GX390 389cc engine with 6500 watts and 120/140 volts including electric start. Ideal for back up home use, job sites, appliances, AC units, this Honda is extremely quiet making it perfect for camping or over night use { any activity that requires no noise}.
Honda’s advanced inverter technology system ensures the same dependable power delivered from home outlets, and reliable enough for computers. The EU6500is allows the user the option of using both 120 and 240 volts or simply 120 volts only allowing total output used in 120V outlets. The Eco-throttle system provides outstanding fuel efficiency with a 4.5 gallon fuel capacity this Honda can run up to 14 hours on a single tank.
Electronic circuit breakers prevent overloading. The oil alert system is featured which shuts down the engine if oil levels are dangerously low protecting the generator. A LCD monitor is included for convenience and provides engine speed, wattage, hours used and diagnostics for routine service. For easy transporting and handling the EU6500is includes the rugged wheel kit. Accessories are available including, remote start, transport switch and storage covers.
