Compensating Carburetor – what a concept! – The Intellicarb Compensating Carburetor System of the MS 261 is designed to adjust the air/fuel ratio when the air filter becomes partially clogged or dirty and maintains the engine’s proper RPM. In these situations, the Intellicarb Carburetor adjusts the fuel flow to compensate for the decrease in air flow.
